We choose our raw materials based on their high quality and as a result they are not the cheapest. We believe in paying for quality as cheap goods rarely last and often disappoint. Proudly some of the very first Fridgi’s ever made are still displaying photos from the filing cabinets in our office and on the fridges of close friends.

Manufacturing

We have built a single purpose factory to make Fridgi's. We manufacture in Australia and send our frames all over the world. We do not outsource to countries where labor is exploited and oppressed.

Quality Control

We have a number of quality control checks in place for our manufacturing process, one of the most important is the simple question “Is it good enough to give to Mum?” if it isn’t we won’t sell it. The frames that we don’t sell are either put into our recycling system or given away as part of our “freebies” program.

Try Before You Buy

If you want to "Try Before You Buy" we will you send you a single Fridgi Flexi frame to inspect and test, we won't charge you for the frame but we will charge you the freight, although if you return the frame to us we will refund the freight money you paid us. When you get the frame have a look, test it and if you don't agree with our claim that it is the best value magnetic frame you've seen, let us know, as we will want to find out why so we can work on improving our product, then return it to us. Once we receive the frame back we will refund you the money that you paid us.

If you keep the frame we will say thanks buy giving you a free frame with any order of 15 or more frames that you make within 10 days of your "Try Before You Buy" test.

To "Try Before You Buy" go to the shopping cart, don't add anything to your cart, under the cart click the "Confirm & Check out" Button. Money Back Guarantee

If you don't want to take up our "Try Before You Buy" offer we still have a "Money Back" Guarantee. If you order online from our shopping cart and then don’t agree that we make the best value and best functioning one piece Magnetic Frame on the market we will take them back and refund you the cost of the frames.

All you need to do when your order arrives is to open just one of the frames, inspect it, test it, and decide. If you don’t agree with us and want to return the frames to us please let us know immediately, we will want to find out why, so we can improve the frames, and organize for you to return all the frames to us, you will need to return the one opened frame and all the unopened ones, including any bonus or free frames that were included in your order. You will need to return them in the condition and packaging they arrived in, upon receipt of the undamaged and unopened frames we will refund what you paid for the frames. The guarantee covers all orders made from this web site, it does not cover any freight charges for delivery to you or their return to us. All claims must be made within 10 days of the invoice date.
