How long does delivery take? Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours and delivery to the destination will usually take 2-7 days for the US & Canada, 3-10 for International. Total time will depend where you are located. Full details here LINK
How much is shipping? This will depend on where you are having your order delivered. Shipping is $6.95 for delivery to the USA and Canada. Interntaional Delivery (outside the USA & Canada) starts at $6.95. See our Shipping Info page for all the details.
What is your returns policy? Pretty simple, just let us know that you want to return something and we will provide all the details on how to get stuff back to us hassel free as we have a Satisfaction & Money Back Guarantee. See Our Guarantee for all the details.
What size frame do I need? All our frames sizing refers to the size of photo that they hold. For example a 6×4 Fleix Frame will display a 6×4 photo. Actually physical external dimensions of the frames are given on their respective information pages.
How are Fridgis different to other magnetic frames? Fridgis are very different, they have a unique design and construction that is Patented. We think we make the best value and best functioning magnetic frame on the market and back it with Our Guarantee. We build our frames from high quality materials so that they can safely display your photos for years. Fridgis are made from a single piece of plastic that completely covers and protects a photo, on the rear surface are 4 magnets that are hidden from view by the framing effect around the outside of the frame. With a Fridgi you can display in portrait, landscape or any other angle. We use industrial grade plastics that are UV stabilized so they won’t go yellow over time. Where is the product made? All our frames are manufactured in Australia in our own facility. We do not outsource manufacturing. We do not believe in using exploited or child labour to manufacture goods just because it is cheap. We continually work at making our processes super efficient so we can offer low cost products.

Can I really put up a Photowall on my own? Yep. We tried to make it as easy as possible for anyone to create a Photowall. If you are using magic mounts it is as easy as “Peel & Stick”. Check out our videos to see how easy it can be to put up and create your very own Photowall.
Can I use both Flexi & Tough frames on a Photowall? Yes you can, if your Photowall is flat you can use both Flexi & Tough. We recommend that you use either Flexi or Tough but not both together, this is because the frames are of different thicknesses and they will look slightly different next to each other (although some people may like this effect). The colour of the frame border may also appear different due to the different thicknesses of the plastic and the way that they refract and reflect light, this is most noticeable in white frames with no spaces between them.
Can I remove a Magic Mount? Yes you can but remember it does use a permanent indoor adhesive so it will stick well. If the surface you have stuck it to is in poor condition, like flaky paint, it may take some paint with it when you remove it. For surfaces that are in good condition, hard and sealed, like a stainless fridge or cupboard door, some adhesive residue may be left after you have removed the magic mount, this can be removed with firm rubbing and an appropriate solvent. Don’t forget to test the surface before hand.
