The Checkout will calculate the shipping based on the amount in the cart and the country the frames are being shipped to (It assumes Australia until told otherwise). Most orders are processed with in 1-2 business days. Our Factory & Warehouse are in Sydney (Australia). Prices are in $AUD & will include GST where applicable. We can accept Visa or MasterCard.

Holiday & Peak Periods – During busy periods and holidays such as Christmas, New Years, Mother Day & Fathers Days you may need to allow a few extra days for delivery. We use Australia Post & DHL Global Air Parcel for most deliveries and as such cannot provide a guaranteed delivery time or date. To minimize the chance of late delivery during the Christmas period please try and place your orders before Dec 15.

Payment Processing. All credit card payments are processed via our SSL Encrypted Secure Payment Gateway and Bank, both of which are located in Australia. Some banks and credit card providers will charge their customers a small fee when a card is processed by a bank located outside the borders of the card issuing country. This is beyond our control and we are unable to know which banks are charging this as we are not informed by them. This charge is usually only a few cents and is shown on your card statement as part of the transaction.

Order Processing. We try very hard to get your order on it’s way to you quickly. Our target is to have it ready to go within 24 hours (often it’s within a few hours). In the 20 years we’ve been operating we’ve developed an efficient order-to-ship process.
We use a storage warehouse and distribution networks in the USA, the UK & Australia. When an order is received we process it and ship it from the closest location. In the event that the closest warehouse to you does not have stock of an item your order will be shipped from our central warehouse and factory in Australia (every product is always in stock there). Most times this won’t delay your order. Your order will still be processed quickly (again we aim for within 24 hours) and it will be sent Express Air for fast delivery (you will not be charged anything extra for this delivery).  Delivery to most major cities around the world takes 3-9 business days by this method. For non-major cities it may take a bit longer (same goes for countries where the postal system is not that efficient). Irrespective of where your package is sent it will usually arrive within 5-11 business days for capital cities and 6-14 days for regional areas. Please notify us within 7 days of delivery if your order is damaged. Please notify us within 21 days of shipping if your parcel does not arrive, after 30 days we may not be able to track, recover, replace or refund lost parcels. Occasionally parcels sent internationally are randomly stopped and inspected by customs and quarantine which can delay the delivery slightly and unfortunately this is outside of your control.

Product Returns. In the event you need to return a product to us (this happens very rarely) just send us an email and we will give you the local return details of how best get it back to us (we will also want to find out why? because if there is a problem with our products we like to know right away so we can get to work on fixing and correcting any issues). If you need to return your frames for any reason you will need to return any free photos that came with them. We do not cover the cost of return or exchange shipping. Orders that are returned due to non-collection will have the cost of shipping deducted from any refund. Orders that were sent with free shipping will have shipping deducted from refunds & restocking fee may apply. If frames arrive damaged you will need to provide photos of damage to the frames inside the unopened plastic packaging (shrink-wrap or bags) that the frame are shipped in. We need this to make a claim with the shipping company. Without it we will be unable to process a claim.
