Why Fridgi? and how are we different!

We only do one thing, so we do it well

We make Magnetic Frames and so create ways for you to get more from your own photos by displaying, sharing & enjoying them. We are not a large mass merchant selling thousands of unrelated products where the goal is to sell as many items as possible, we focus on one thing and we try and be the best in the world at it!

Our Goal

To have more people smiling & happy everyday through the celebration and display of more of their photos in their homes & workplaces. We know a good photo will always bring a smile to your face so we will always encourage you to take, share and display more of your favourite photos, we will do this in a fun, friendly, innovative, professional and business like manner.

Service

We believe in providing great customer service. We are proud of our customer service record and have received many testimonials as a result (see their testimonials here). If we ever let you down, if we ever surprise you, if you think there are areas that we could improve – We want to know! When we know about it we can improve it or fix it.

Design

Our design goals are – Simplicity, Functionality & Value. Fridgis have been made to be easy to use, to look good and to be affordable. Our innovative products have been patented in over 17 countries, the design has been registered and there are more patents in the the pipeline for our ongoing product developments. We want to make it simple & affordable to display, share & enjoy your photos.

Manufacturing, Materials & Quality Control

We manufacture the frames ourselves in our factory in Australia, we don not believe in outsourcing to countries where people are oppressed & children are used for cheap labor. Yes, our labor costs are a lot more expensive but we have developed manufacturing techniques that are very labor efficient. We use premium materials, not the cheapest. We believe in paying for quality as cheap goods often disappoint. We want our frames to last, not fall apart soon after you get them. We have many quality control checks in place for our manufacturing, one of the most important is the simple question “Is it good enough to give to Mum?” if it isn’t we won’t sell it. Proudly some of the very first Fridgi’s ever made are still displaying photos from the filing cabinets in our office and on the fridges of friends & Mum.
