James bought 8 Fridgi Tough in January 2011 – “Hi Ian and the Team,Thanks for the follow-up. I love my Fridgi frames, if I had any complaint it would be that the colours a different to what they were around 3 years ago when I bought the other Fridgies I had at home already. The blue is very different (fridgi note – we have several shades of blue available and the colour range does vary over time as we add and remove colours based on customer feedback and sales performance), but I can live with it, or may buy some more soon to replace the red and blue ones I have now so my little photo wall on my fridge looks right.It was a great idea for you to put the little sticker on the back of the product as I finally turned to looking at the product when I couldn’t find any stores stocking the product. If only I’d looked there first thanks for making a great product. Keep up the good work”

Jennifer bought 4 Fridgi Tough in December 2010 – “Hi Ian, I am very happy with my Fridgi product, it looks great on the fridge! I was also very impressed by your quick response to the issue I had with being sent the wrong colour and being not only refunded my money but sent the right colour as well (Fridgi note – in the mad rush before Christmas we ended up sending the wrong colour frame, they arrived 3 days before Christmas so there was no time to exchange the frames for the correct colour. We contacted Jennifer to let her know that we wanted to get the correct colour to her by Christmas so organised an express delivery to her mothers house, which was in a different state, as this was where she was heading for Christmas. To apologise for our mistake and the stress that it may have caused we refunded the cost of the original order and sent the replacement order as a gift). This ‘no fuss’ answer to my problem has made me regard your customer service very highly and I will be recommending your products and purchasing again when I need to. Thanks, Jennifer”
